Interview with Liz Vande Putte, a Neurodivergent professional specializing in neurodiversity training for workplaces, advocating for environments that better support Neurodivergent people. Based in the U.K. and identified as Autistic at 33, Liz also has ADHD, dyspraxia, and hyperlexia, all of which shape their unique perspective. With a varied career history, including six years in butchery, they now focus on neurodiversity advocacy and education. Using their lived experiences, Liz creates training programs that help organizations foster inclusion and support for neurodivergent employees. Liz's Dedicated Interests include crafts, foraging, neurodiversity, squirrels, and sheep.
